Global Lithuanian Leaders is happy to invite to the meeting with GLL Member Kerry Secrest who is visiting Lithuania and wants to share her knowledge with professionals working in leading positions on a topic “How to Influence without authority”.

Complex organizational work no longer relies on a simple chain of command to get things done, and often projects are accomplished through a web of cross-functional roles people hold. This 2-hour breakfast workshop, in a group of up to 25 participants, will learn the types of conversations necessary to get people on-board with your ideas, to increase impact in the workplace.

Kerry’s expertise includes executive coaching, team development, leadership training, and women in leadership. Whether working with individuals or organizations, her goal is to enable her clients to live and lead from core values in order to make a more meaningful impact at work, at home, and in communities.
