A recipient of multiple Top 30 Under 30 and industry Top 40 Under 40 awards, Stan Kuliavas is a management executive with a proven track record of business development and market growth. He leads business development at Levaero Aviation and oversees all aircraft sales & marketing globally, planning and executing the larger growth strategy of the company to be a global leader in private aviation sales, service, and distribution.
His involvement in aviation began with the start of his pilot training while still in University; since then, Kuliavas has held various executive positions in the private aviation industry, and currently assists Fortune 100 and Fortune 500 corporations, and ultra-high-net-worth individuals, with multi-million dollar strategic purchase decisions.
Kuliavas is a co-Founder of Bucket Network – the first globally integrated platform changing the landscape of sports recruitment.
He is the former Chairman of the World Lithuanian Youth Association, and the longest serving elected Board Member in the organization’s history. The WLYA’s mission is to represent the interests of the young Lithuanian global diaspora.
Volunteering and philanthropic activities are top priorities for Kuliavas. He advises Diabetes Happens, a non-profit organization promoting a positive and proactive outlook on life with Type 1 diabetes; serves on the Board of DIrectors of Bay Street Hoops – Canada’s largest basketball-related charity event, bringing together fun, community, and charity to make sports more accessible to children and youth in Toronto. Since 1995, more than $2.5 million has been raised for children and youth charities. He is an active fundraiser for Special Olympics, as well as other charitable organizations.
Other passions of his include flying, startups, fishing, and volunteering. He is very involved in the sport of basketball, both locally and on the international level, and was formerly a United States University basketball coach.
Stan Kuliavas has been a strong supporter of the GLL mission since its early days, and was among the first to join the GLL Business Advisors program to consult Lithuanian companies interested in Canadian business specifics. He led the team that launched the Lithuanian Professionals in Canada group, the earliest Lithuanian professionals group in North America. As successful a businessman in private aviation as he is, he has always found time for connecting with global Lithuanians on meaningful projects, as well as supporting Lithuanian organizations in building these connections.
