Currently, Darius is expanding and developing Encore’s digital products organization. Encore’s global clients are the world’s leading hotels and business guests. Darius’ team enables them to use the latest audiovisual and event technologies to make their meetings and productions a success.
Darius is one of the Co-founders, who ran a CRM sales, marketing, and customer service consultancy with no outside capital and grew it into a Gartner-profiled “global boutique” across two continents partnering with Salesforce.com, Blackbaud, and other technology firms until it was successfully acquired by Tectonic.
Darius has been a passionate supporter of GLL activities since the first meeting with its team in 2015 at the GLL networking in Chicago. This connection has turned into a fulfilling friendship and mentoring relationship with him as his wife Indrė Vaškelis.
