Australian Lithuanian Paul Daugalis came to live in Lithuania because his professional experience accumulated during twenty years of construction supervision projects in Australia, New Zealand, Asia, Middle East, Europe found meaningful application and ambitious prospects for development. He undertook the challenge of Norwegian Hugaasgruppen to establish high quality construction and engineering facility, and in three years he succeeded creating 100 high qualification jobs within Hugaas Engeneering, Hugaas Construction and Hugaas Services. Paul Daugalis as well as his Scandinavian colleagues admire Lithuanian personnel, so hardworking, eager to learn and improve. In general, Paul values the progress of recent years and is very enthusiastic believer in the prospects of Lithuania.
