Karolis has nine years of hands-on experience in four different sectors: private, public, academia and NGO. He is a problem solver with experience in process, project, and change management with a track record in implementing and driving change management projects. Initiated and successfully implemented the first LEAN Government programme in East and Central Europe. Recently he graduated from the University of Hong Kong and Columbia University with an MBA degree. Karolis currently holds the CEO position at Nexta Homes in New York City.
