Ingrida has been 9 years with “Arthur Andersen” & “PricewaterhouseCoopers” (financial audit & business consulting) as the Baltic Lead Manager for people, change, organisation & performance business solutions, where she was involved in numerous international projects ranging from Belarus to South Africa. She spent 9 years in “Bitė Group” holding a position of the Management Board Member/ Chief People Officer, responsible for people, projects & KPIs. Also, she’s been working for “Microsoft” as the HR Director for Ukraine. Currently, Ingrida is engaged in the business advisory services across different countries in the areas of goals & KPIs, organisation development & people management, change & projects’ management and is a professional independent board member. She is a member of Supervisory Council at “Modus Group” operating in the car dealership, renewable energy & car sharing businesses. Also, she serves as a committee member of the INSEAD Alumni Association in Switzerland (Geneva Charter) as well as is the leader of the Lithuanian Professionals Club in Switzerland. Furthermore, Ingrida is a board member of “Global Lithuanian Leaders” organisation.
Ingrida holds MBA degree of Kaunas University of Technology & is a graduate of INSEAD “International Executive Program”; Stanford Law School, Columbian Business School & Danish Institute’s for Corporate Governance “Board of Directors” & “World Class Leadership” programs; Swedish Institute’s “Top Management Program – Corporate Social Responsibility” & many more leadership as well as development programs.
