Meet the speakers: 

🟡 Audinga Besusparė

Audinga brings nearly 15 years of experience in private equity investing in London. She worked as an Investment Professional at Permira, a leading global private equity firm, and later as a Senior Director at the Canadian pension fund PSPIB, where she co-led the European Direct PE team (CA$6bn AUM) and was a member of the Global Private Equity Investment Committee. Her board experience spans companies like Antelliq, Galderma, Zoopla/Uswitch, and Azelis. She’s been recognized by Private Equity International’s 40 Under 40 and The Rising Stars of Private Equity lists. Outside of finance, she’s passionate about psychology, art, health, and travel. 

🟡 Petras Vaičius

Petras has 20 years of experience in finance, most recently serving as Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking for Central and Eastern Europe (including the Baltics) for Bank of America Merrill Lynch, where he spent 16.5 years in their offices around the world – London, New York, Moscow, and Stockholm. Today, he advises select clients and leads acquisition projects across the EU as a buy-out investor. Over the years, Petras has been investing in both public and private markets—with plenty of hard lessons and valuable takeaways. Outside of work, he focuses on family, wellness, and exercise.

🟡 Viktoras Vatinas

Viktoras has spent 18 years in finance, with the past decade focused on private markets. His career began in Lithuania’s investment banking sector at Finasta, the country’s leading investment bank at the time, later continuing his career in globally renowned institutions such as Partners Group and Bank Julius Baer. In 2016, he transitioned into private markets by joining Partners Group, Switzerland’s largest private markets manager, where he led Private Debt Portfolio Management. In 2021, he launched a Corporate Direct Lending Fund for Baloise, Switzerland’s fourth-largest insurance company. As of 2024, Viktoras serves as Head of Private Markets Investments at Bank Julius Baer, overseeing all private market asset classes. Beyond finance, Viktoras is deeply interested in history, geopolitics, and financial education. He’s also an outdoor enthusiast—especially passionate about skiing and kitesurfing.
