“Sparnai” (the Wings) is the first program in Lithuania, covering education, government and business partnership to achieve a common goal – to increase the country’s competitiveness, developing a high level of export professionals through hands-on experience in meeting the needs of today’s market.
Enterprise Lithuania provides talented young Lithuanian graduates with practical knowledge and real life business experience at the organizations across Lithuania with the participation of business and export promotion programs and projects.
Duration of single project rotation is 2 years. During this period participants will have 6 months work practice at the Enterprise Lithuania, where they will be learning and practicing on such subjects as: understanding market trends, information management, finding and knowing sources of funding, organizing trade missions and exhibitions, mastering export development tools, advising on business startups.
Participants will spend another 18 months at the actual enterprises where they will master: diagnosis of the company, auditing company exports, marketing planning, sales planning, company management, export planning, business process optimization.
