GLL | Global Lithuanian Leaders together with LSE Alumni and Baltic Vision Group organized Spring Holiday Networking Night for global minded professionals on 3 April 2013.
The event was opened with warm welcome by Dr. Vladas Lasas, Chair of the Board at Global Lithuanian Leaders, the Honouree of Oslo Business for Peace Award 2012. Mr. Vladas presented honorable guest of the event Ray Bartkus, a worldwide famous Lithuanian artist and illustrator. Mr. Ray was nominated for Global Lithuanian Awards 2012 and was given an Award in the category of Art and Culture. Mr. Ray was delighted to receive an inspirational acknowledgment and announced the opening of his second exhibition in Lithuania in Marijampole in the middle of April.
Mr. Vladas also gave a great review on the upcoming global events in Lithuania – the largest leadership forum in Eastern Europe with Sir Richard Branson, the annual World Lithuanian Economic Forum 2013, an international urban race Vilnius Challenge 2013 and more. He encouraged the audience to exploit the opportunity of attractive events to invite more international professionals to Lithuania to meet and share with impactful ideas and global experience.
Enterprise Lithuania’s Evaldas Brazys presented new GLL Business Advisors’ program. It is run by GLL and Enterprise Lithuania and is designed to bring together Lithuania’s most successful and experienced international professionals to help inspire, educate and enhance opportunities of Lithuania’s growing companies, emerging innovators and entrepreneurs.
The event was sponsored by Enterprise Lithuania and attracted international expatriates in Lithuania and Lithuanian professionals that are temporary back from various destinations worldwide.
