The Yale Conference on Baltic and Scandinavian Studies will take place at Yale University, Connecticut on 13-15 March 2014. The conference should be of interest to all scholars and practitioners working on the Baltic and Scandinavian region: economists, political scientists, historians, sociologists, anthropologists, art historians and others. Proposals for papers or panels must be submitted by 1 November 2013. There are already 14 pre-selected streams of topics for the conference, but a speaker may even submit a topic not currently suggested by one of the streams. Please note that Yale and the Conference organizers are not offering any funding to cover travel and lodging for participants.
