After finishing his degree in Quinlan School of Business, Loyola University in Chicago, Gint started his career in Human Resources at Baxter – the company with rich heritage of medical breakthroughs to advance the next generation of healthcare innovations that enable patient care. Furthermore, in 2001 he became a senior vice president of human resource in National City Bank where he also proved his high degree of competence in business acquisition process.

After a while, Gint continued his carrier in HR industry and specialised in talent management sector at APAC Customer Services, Inc and in 2008 became senior vice president of talent management in Western Union company – worldwide leader in money movement services.

Gint is the owner of independent consultancy firm and since 2014 is working as VP GLobal Human Resources – CHRO in Molycorp.  His main responsibilities are tasks related to rebuilding the HR function for a NYSE listed global mining/chemical processing entity during the restructure of a globally disruptive supply chain model. Gint has been engaged into vertically integrated operations across the globe to compete with Chinese market dominance. Scope includes board interface, executive compensation, staffing, benefits, M&A, talent and performance management, HRIS, and USW labor relations.
