Doctoral degree in law, cum laude, awarded in 2003 by the University Paris I, Pantheon (Sorbonne). Dr. Michalauskas obtained a “Licence en droit” : 1997, Le Havre University; ”maitrise en droit” from the Faculty of Law of the University of Rouen, France. He is also a visiting lecturer at Vytautas Magnus University.
