Angela Sinickas is president of Sinickas Communications, Inc., an international consulting firm that helps companies measure the business impact of employee and customer communication. Her firm’s clients include 25% of the Forbes largest 100 global companies, including ING, Novartis, Allianz and Zurich Insurance. She is the author of the manual How to Measure Your Communication Programs and a regular columnist for the magazine Strategic Communication Management. In addition, she has published nearly 150 articles in professional journals and has conducted over 400 workshops in 31 countries.
Ms. Sinickas’ work has been recognized with 17 awards from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC), and she was named the 2008 Fellow of IABC recognizing her contributions to the PR profession. She received her bachelor’s degree in Journalism from the University of Illinois. Besides English, she speaks Lithuanian and Spanish, and can converse in German.
